About Me
William Cruz
Software Engineer – Web & Cloud (Full-Stack)
Software Engineer with hands-on experience building production-ready web applications and operating cloud-native systems in professional environments. I work across the full software development lifecycle, combining full-stack delivery with reliable deployment and operations.
My core stack includes Next.js/React and TypeScript, with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K3s). I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and focus on measurable reliability through monitoring and observability practices.
In parallel to my professional work, I am pursuing a BSc in Computer Science at FHNW, strengthening my foundation in software engineering principles, object-oriented programming (Java), cloud computing, networks, and functional programming (Haskell).
